We gather each month for Sacred Circle, 2 hours of Intentional connection.
This intentional circle includes some of the following, depending on the season:
-Breathwork
-Kundalini Yoga
-Sound Bath
-Tea
-Workshop
-Journaling
-Snacks

We will circle, meditatate & enjoy a beautiful sacred space for divine sharing and deep healing. In this safe and loving environment, we will share, reflect, release , connect and create. From gratitude into creativity.
