About this Event
Pilates for Women’s Heart Health
A Fundraiser in Honour of Women’s Heart Month
Join us for a meaningful afternoon of movement, education, and connection in support of Women’s Heart Health.
This special fundraiser Pilates class is held in honour of Women’s Heart Month in February, with the intention of raising awareness around the unique ways women’s heart health can be affected, and how prevention, early awareness, and listening to our bodies can truly save lives.
The event begins with a 45 minute Pilates class with Isabel Fry designed to gently strengthen, energize, and support the body while creating space for mindful connection.
Following the class, we will enjoy a Dirty Soda from Dirty Pop Yeg! and gather for an inspiring and heartfelt talk with Carla, founder of Cacao Cocoa with Cause.
Carla’s personal journey with dysautonomia, a little-known condition affecting millions of women worldwide, deeply impacted her heart and transformed her life. From this experience, she created a purpose-driven chocolate brand dedicated to raising awareness and creating meaningful conversations around women’s health.
Through her story, Carla invites us into an open and empowering discussion about prevention, early signs, advocacy, and the importance of trusting and listening to women’s bodies.
This gathering is an opportunity to move with intention, learn with awareness, and connect in a supportive and nurturing environment. Because awareness truly can save lives.
