Many women carry identities shaped by responsibility, achievement, and being everything to everyone. Over time, these roles—while once meaningful—can become heavy and misaligned. This Women Rising gathering centers on the power of intentional pruning: letting go of roles, expectations, and habits that no longer serve who you’re becoming.Through guided learning and reflection, participants will explore the courage it takes to disappoint others, be misunderstood, and release the pressure to do it all—while moving toward a deeper sense of clarity, freedom, and self‑trust. This session invites women to examine who they’re becoming by thoughtfully choosing what—and who—they no longer need to carry.
Women Rising is an intentional gathering for women who know growth doesn’t happen in isolation. Rooted in connection rather than hustle, each session creates space to think together, process real‑life challenges, and gain practical insight—supporting alignment, discernment, and sustainable growth.
This gathering is facilitated by Katie Sandoe, who guides the conversation with intention, warmth, and practical wisdom—creating a space where women can be fully seen, supported, and engaged.
