In a world that constantly pulls our attention, clarity becomes a radical act. This Women Rising gathering introduces the Japanese philosophy of ikigai as a grounding framework for navigating noise, complexity, and change. Through guided conversation and reflection, participants will reconnect with what truly matters, listen more deeply to their inner wisdom, and explore the question: What’s worth wanting in this season of life?Women Rising is an intentional gathering for women who know growth doesn’t happen in isolation. Rooted in connection rather than hustle, each session creates space to think together, process real‑life challenges, and gain practical insight—supporting clarity, alignment, and thoughtful growth in a way that honors where you are.
This gathering is facilitated by Katie Sandoe, who guides the conversation with intention, warmth, and practical wisdom—creating a space where women can be fully seen, supported, and engaged.
