This program is designed for women looking to explore a variety of sports in a supportive, inclusive, and empowering environment. Each session introduces a new sport or movement activity, giving participants the chance to try something new, build skills, and enjoy staying active.

Our Women’s Only Multi-Sport & More Program takes a holistic approach focusing on physical activity, well-being, confidence building, and community connection. Whether you’re new to sport or returning to movement, this program offers a safe and encouraging space to grow, laugh, and discover what you enjoy.

Our facilitators are experienced leaders who prioritize safety, accessibility, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.

When: Weekly on Wednesdays - May 6 - June 10
