egg is coming to Aberdeen on Wednesday 11th March as part of our Scotland Tour, and we can’t wait to celebrate, learn from, and be inspired by incredible business women in the region.
Join us for an engaging morning of insightful conversations, practical advice, and networking with like-minded professionals. Hear from local business leaders who will share their journeys, challenges, and strategies for success.
Whether you’re looking to grow your business, connect with other ambitious women, or simply be inspired, this event is for you. Come along and be part of a community of women driving change, growth, and impact in Scotland.
Our incredible speakers:
Milly Tamati is a creator, advisor, community builder and founder of Generalist World. She’s built a 100k+ strong movement organically from a remote island in Scotland. She teaches people how to lean into what makes them unique, and build trust at scale through compelling, real content. Milly’s works with organisations, professionals and universities to champion nonlinear careers.
Dr Emma Hepburn is a UK-based clinical psychologist, neuropsychologist, author, illustrator, and speaker. Known as The Psychology Mum, she makes mental health accessible through practical tips, engaging illustrations, and evidence-based books. Emma shares insights on wellbeing and emotional health with a wide audience, helping people of all ages understand, manage, and improve their mental health in everyday life.
Stacey Will is the Founder of The Personal Growth Collective, bringing over 15 years’ experience working with individuals and organisations across talent management, coaching and leadership development. Her work focuses on supporting individuals, teams and organisations to achieve meaningful, sustainable change in inclusion, engagement, culture, and performance. Stacey is particularly passionate about supporting women to grow in confidence, navigate complexity and achieve their potential. Her approach is holistic and people centred, recognising that work and life don’t exist in separate boxes, and supporting individuals in ways that reflect the realities of both.
Steph Eady is the Co-Founder of Mission10, a digital marketing agency based in Aberdeen. Over the past eight years, she has grown the business into an 19-strong team working across sectors including property, energy, technology, retail, tourism, professional services and the third sector.Known as the “people person” of the founding duo, Steph is passionate about building strong relationships and cultivating a positive workplace culture rooted in happiness and fulfilment.
Steph is also a mum to her 20-month-old son, Asher, and is focused on balancing leadership and motherhood side by side. This experience inspired her to launch ‘The Wee Hive’ in November 2025, an online platform that connects and inspires parents through marketing local events, classes and family-friendly businesses, as well as sharing insightful stories from the community.
Every ticket includes:
• Tea, coffee & pastries
• Free on-site childcare provided by Thank Events – so nothing stands between you and the room.
• 12 month membership to The Lounge! – the digital home of the egg business club, giving you access to expert-led workshops, live webinars, practical resources and discounted tickets for future events. Worth £180
We’re proud to be supported by the Ecosystem Fund, backed by the Scottish Government. This support allows us to offer free on-site childcare and a complimentary one-year Lounge membership to all attendees. Together, our mission is to break down barriers and create meaningful networks for women—helping them connect, grow, and thrive.
