Curious about boxing but not sure where to start? This 55-minute beginner-friendly session is designed specifically for those who are brand new to boxing or looking to build confidence from the ground up.
What to expect:
- Essential punches (jab, cross, hook basics)
- Simple, effective footwork
- Intro to pad holding — so you know what to do for your partner
The class blends shadow boxing rounds, partner pad work, and boxing-inspired conditioning, giving you a full-body workout while learning proper technique in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
✨ No experience needed. All fitness levels are welcome and exercise modifications can be made.
