Time: Tea/Coffee Potluck Social at 9:30 a.m. Program is from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. PDT
Post Program Optional Group Card Reading: All are all also invited to stay after the program to continue to socialize as well as participate in a group card reading by Rev. Penelope Clement from 12:15 to 1 p.m. which will be related to the program presented that morning.
December 2025 WOS Program with Alexandria Nichandros:
There is an undeniably feminine power that calls us home, that we can feel. Many of us have personally experienced this energy. Many of us understand that feminine power is our birthright, a gift from our ancestors and from the universe herself. But do we really live our lives in partnership with our feminine life force, as a physical/emotional experience? This is our true birthright, the gift and the opportunity.
We have been taught, implicitly and explicitly, to shame, to disguise, to lock away, and to ignore both our bodies and our feminine life force. Anti-feminine principles are insidiously woven into the way we think and feel - about ourselves, our bodies, every piece of our lives. All our choices, our opinions, our movement, outfits, and conversations are happening inside of patriarchy. There is no part of our lives it does not color.
We will reexamine what we’ve been conditioned to believe is and is not feminine, and what feminine power should or shouldn't be, what it can feel like in our physical selves.
We will be creative and brave, exploring new shapes with our bodies, and new feelings. It’s time to grow beyond the limits we were fed. Every moment of your life is lived in this one body. Are you ready to step into a power they can never extinguish?
We may not have been raised for this, but we were born for it.
Wear clothes you can easily move in, and comfortable shoes for standing.
About our speaker: Alexandria is the founder of Click Your Heels, providing body confidence coaching, movement workshops, “edutainment”, performances, and more. Her mission is to help everyone Come Home To Your Body. She has been leading people in movement and dance since 1998, including one-on-one coaching, custom private events, and reaching crowds of 100’s from the stage. Her mantra is #whenindoubtslowdown and her rally cry is "All bodies, All genders". Her style at the mic is fun and focused, approachable and memorable. Her coaching work centers mind-body connection, body confidence, and self-love. Her dance work emphasizes improvisation and musicality, strength and flexibility. She wants all humans to experience divine somatic energy and be in partnership with our bodies.
Women of Spirit's Mission Statement: To provide a safe environment for all women who to connect in a deeper way regardless of religious affiliations.
