About this Event
Leadership can be deeply meaningful… and quietly lonely. Even when you’re surrounded by a team, colleagues, friends, or family, there often isn’t a space to talk openly about how you’re really doing with people who truly understand what it means to lead others.
This meet-up is an intentional gathering for women managers and leaders who want honest, human connection without the pressure of networking, pitching, or problem-solving. It will be a structured but flexible space to connect with other women who lead teams, have real conversations about self-care and mental health, and remind ourselves that we’re not alone in the responsibility we carry.
This is not therapy or coaching. And it’s not about “fixing” either. Just honest conversations with women who get it.
This is also not a networking event in the traditional sense. While connection is the point, this is not a space to sell your services, recruit, or pitch anything. The focus is on being present, listening, and connecting as people—not as titles.
