At SIA, she brings that global perspective to crafting meaningful, hands-on experiences for aspiring startup investors. Paula is passionate about making investing more inclusive, especially for women, and creating spaces where confidence grows, networks thrive, and ideas turn into action.

SIA is a dual-track program for startups and investors. Startups can receive €100–200K in funding through our investment rounds. Investors learn by doing—developing their angel investing skills in real deals.
