About this Event
Join us for a special conversation celebrating female voices, vision, and achievements. The panel discussion will aim to shed light on the challenges faced by women in the arts, and how identity impacts creative work in New York City.
About the panel:
This Women's History Month panel brings together four extraordinary women working across arts education, music presentation, artistic creation, and museum leadership. Drawing from their professional roles, the panelists will share perspectives on:
- Leading community-based arts programs that transform lives
- Producing and presenting live performance in New York City
- Developing original artistic work that bridges cultures
- Advancing cultural institutions through advocacy and public engagement
Together, they will reflect on the responsibilities of working in the arts today, the relationship between creativity and leadership, and the ways their work supports access, representation, and cultural continuity in our communities.
