About the Moderator
Jen Jekel-Farrell is an experienced leader and public speaker currently serving as Operations Manager at CIC, a pioneering innovation space and coworking organization that supports entrepreneurs and startups. Jen is passionate about creating collaborative environments that foster connection and build authentic, engaged communities. A lifelong advocate for the rights of women and underrepresented communities, Jen combines her expertise in leadership with a deep commitment to supporting diverse voices in the entrepreneurial space.
