In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating the strength, resilience, and leadership that women embody every single day.

We’re offering 3 empowering classes designed to challenge the body and strengthen the mind:
Fitness + Strength – Led by Ari
Kickboxing/MMA – Led by Deena
Self-Defense – Led by Keona
All classes assisted by Goldie
Protein loaf cakes + bars provided by Rihsteats
Light bites + refreshments served
$25 per class
$65 for all 3
