For the past 10 years, she has built a thriving business rooted in community, guiding individuals and groups through yoga, meditation, sound healing, and conscious connected breathwork.

Known for her grounded yet powerful presence, Isabel has led workshops, retreats, and large-scale wellness experiences across both intimate and corporate settings. Her work extends into collaborations with leading hospitality brands and organizations, where she curates and facilitates wellness offerings designed to support mental clarity, emotional resilience, and team connection. She has worked within corporate environments including Fairmont properties in Lake Louise, Banff, Westin hotels, Stollery women's foundation, ATB, Enoch Cree services, Wild Roses Festival, Inspired leader summit and Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, bringing a refined and accessible approach to holistic wellbeing.
