Women in Finance: Power, Equity & Leadership
In honor of Women’s History Month, join us for an inspiring evening bringing together professionals across finance and adjacent industries to connect, learn, and celebrate women’s leadership. The program features two dynamic keynote speakers and a moderated, fireside-style conversation focused on career growth, resilience, leadership, and navigating change.
Hosted by CFA Society Providence in partnership with the Women’s Fund of Rhode Island, the evening will include a moderated discussion led by Kelly Nevins, CEO of the Women’s Fund of Rhode Island. The conversation elevates women’s lived experience while grounding the discussion in both professional insight and a data-informed equity lens.
Women remain significantly underrepresented in senior leadership and decision-making roles across finance and wealth management. This event creates space for candid dialogue, meaningful connection, and shared insight from women leaders navigating power, equity, and leadership in a male-dominated industry.
