Join us for our monthly EmpowerHer gathering as we combine connection and wellness.

This month, we’re meeting from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at Lake Nokomis! Meet us at Nokomis Beach Coffee at 10am to grab a beverage before we head out for a walk around the lake (approx. 2.5 miles).
