The Jar Test: Positioning & Strategy for Growth
Running a business gets harder before it gets clearer. This workshop is for that moment. In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll be introduced to The Jar Test, a practical diagnostic designed for founders who are too close to their own business to read it objectively — and want a way to test their own perspective when there isn’t another brain to borrow.
Led by Liana Fricker, positioning and strategy partner for expert-led businesses and Founder of The Inspiration Space, you’ll work through a simple structure that looks at your business across a small number of core areas, including:
- where value already exists but isn’t being fully used
- where things are more complex than they need to be
- where decisions are being delayed, avoided, or overthought
- where the business relies too heavily on you to hold it all together
As we go, work in collaboration with fellow business owners to apply this directly to your own business.
You will leave with a clearer picture of what’s actually going on, and a small number of moves that make sense to act on next.
