Stephanie is a Nutritionist, Master NLP Practitioner, and mum of three who is passionate about helping women ditch the diet drama and learn how to eat like they actually love themselves.
After years of being surrounded by diet culture — both personally and professionally — she now supports women who feel stuck, exhausted, and disconnected from their bodies, despite knowing what they “should” be doing.
Stephanie combines practical nutrition with mindset and behaviour change to help women rebuild trust with their body, improve their energy, and create sustainable habits that actually fit into real life.
