Women in Agencies exists because the connections that actually move your career and your business forward rarely happen at formal events. They happen when a small group of the right people sit down together, the food arrives, and someone says the thing they haven't said anywhere else.
The WIA Leaders Breakfast is a relaxed morning at Jack's Wife Freda in Soho, one of New York's most loved neighbourhood restaurants. Kiki Saxon opens with a short welcome once everyone is settled, breakfast is served, and the table opens up.
Women come to this breakfast to:
- Meet other senior women leading agencies in New York
- Find collaborators, partners and new business connections
- Get honest input on decisions they are sitting with
- Ask the questions that are hard to ask anywhere else
- Have the kind of conversations that are hard to find in a room full of people who actually get it
