Please join us on March 13th, in honor of Women's History Month, for Women in Academia, hosted by the CUNY Graduate Center and Baruch College's joint PhD Program in Business. This event will feature a panel discussion with PhD alumni and faculty. Panelists will share their insights on navigating careers in academia and the barriers to their success they may have encountered along the way. Topics will include diversity and inclusion, overcoming gender-related obstacles, and strategies for managing organizational change. A networking reception will follow the panel discussion, offering an opportunity for attendees to connect and network with fellow professionals.
