Welcome to the Women Connect Wellness Event with Ritu Awasthi, Yoga Instructor & Health Coach of Samagra Health.
Ritu Awasthi is a yoga instructor and certified health coach based in Aberdeen and the founder of Samagra Health. She is a registered health coach with the UK and International Health Coaches Association. Ritu supports individuals and teams in achieving mind–body balance through yoga, breathwork and holistic coaching. Her sessions offer practical tools to reduce stress, improve focus and promote overall well being, helping busy professionals bring calm and clarity into their everyday lives.
What to expect in the session
This evening session offers a gentle opportunity to unwind and recharge after the workday. We will begin with light warm-ups to release tension and ease the body, followed by mindful breathing and a guided meditation to calm the mind. The session is relaxed, inclusive, and accessible for everyone. Participants are welcome to use a yoga mat or remain seated in a chair if that feels more comfortable. You will leave feeling grounded, refreshed and ready to transition into a restful evening.
The evening also allows the opportunity to connect with other women who share your passion for self-care and personal growth amid busy working lives. We can't wait to see you there!
