Take a deep breath…and join women of faith who are ready to grow, stretch, and reflect both physically and spiritually! A blend of devotion, meditation and yoga, Spiritual Stretch is a guided time for you to find quiet and calm, while physically strengthening your “temple”. You will be prompted each week with a point of reflection and then move through a series of stretches before ending with meditation and prayer. Space is limited to 15 women.
