Women & Money is a one-hour career briefing designed for ambitious women ready to elevate their income, expand their skill set, and build a flexible career in financial services.
During this session, you’ll learn how our firm develops new advisors—from starting as a licensed insurance agent to being fully sponsored for securities licensing after meeting requirements. We provide paid exam materials, cover your securities exam costs, and award a $2,000 SIE completion bonus.
New associates receive base pay for the first month, plus commissions, renewals, bonuses, incentives, trips and ongoing professional development throughout their career.
