Women & Daughter Self-Defense Training
Join us for an empowering day of self-defense training designed specifically for women and daughters! Learn essential techniques to protect yourself and your loved ones in any situation. Our experienced instructors will equip you with practical skills and strategies to enhance your confidence, strength, and safety.
We’re excited to have Mary Sickler, Miss Houston 2024, leading the self-defense training! Plus, in partnership with the Miss Houston Organization, the Houston Police Department's horses will make a special appearance, plus raffles prizes and local vendor specials!
Two sessions will be available:
- 1:00 PM
- 2:00 PM
Each session has limited spots for up to 40 women and women with children.
This event is free of charge, but we encourage donations. All proceeds will benefit the Houston Area Women’s Center. Learn more.
