Get ready to be inspired by incredible women in business. At Women & Co., you’ll hear from powerhouse female entrepreneurs sharing their journeys how they started, where they are now, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way. This event is all about building connections, uplifting each other, and fueling your passion for success.
Wynter, founder of Created By Wyn and Red Rental Co., knows firsthand what it takes to start a business, navigate failure, and build something lasting. At Women & Co., we value real stories, honest conversations, and learning from women who have done the work. This year, we’re featuring two keynote speakers who aren’t here to dodge questions, they’re here to answer them. From money and mistakes to growth, pivots, and how they actually got to where they are today, these conversations are designed to give you real insight, clarity, and momentum in your business, community, and life.
Women & Co. has always given back by donating to families in need or charitable causes each year. Proceeds from Women & Co. 2026 will go toward empowering an up-and-coming female entrepreneur, providing her with the financial boost she needs to bring her business vision to life. You’re welcome to apply again, even if you’ve applied in previous years. Apply for yourself or nominate someone by submitting a detailed letter (click here to submit) or post an in-depth Instagram Reel, explaining why you or they deserve this grant (don't forget to tag us). Tell us how this funding would impact the business, what makes it unique, and the goals and aspirations driving it forward. Be as detailed as possible we want to hear it all!
Dress Code: Cocktail chic, expressive attire. We invite guests to play with red and butter yellow tones in a way that feels like them.
What to Expect: Inspiring conversations, swag bags, light apps, live music, small business pop-ups, and more! (dinner will not be served)
