Unwind with us as we illuminate the hall with candles 🕯️ and fairy lights, the scent of lavender, rose and ylang ylang essential oils infuse the air to immediately relax you.
Tired, exhausted and wonderful women will gather together with blankets, pillows, eyes masks for an evening of profound rest and relaxation;

To ensure we keep everyone safe, please note that this session, as it includes sound therapy, is not suitable for anyone who has epilepsy, a pace maker or any heart defects, anyone with mental health issues made worse by or triggered by sound, anyone with metal implants should check with their GP before attending, and anyone who is pregnant in their first trimester should not attend. Minimum age 18.
