Join us for a welcoming gathering where women come together for meaningful conversation, connection, and mutual support. This circle is a space to slow down, share experiences, and explore topics that support emotional wellbeing and personal growth.

• Emotion regulation tools
• Mental and emotional health
• General wellness and balance
The group offers a safe space where women can support one another and feel heard without judgment. It’s also a place for empowerment, reflection, and personal growth.
While these themes provide a starting point, the circle is open to other topics and experiences that may naturally arise. Participants are welcome to bring what’s present in their lives and share in a respectful and compassionate environment.
Facilitated by Lisa Navarro, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist. About eight years ago, Lisa discovered she was a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) —a realization that profoundly shaped her sense of self. Her passion lies in mental and emotional health, and she deeply values meaningful connections and conversations.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, she has been living in the East Haven area for the past decade.
