Women’s Self Protection and Awareness is an intensive, hands-on seminar that blends situational awareness, human physiology, and practical tactics for real-world self-defense. This course is designed for people who want realistic, usable skills they can apply under stress — whether avoiding danger, de-escalating, or defending themselves when necessary.
What we cover
- Fundamentals of awareness: environmental, self, situational and weapon awareness—how to spot pre-incident indicators and reduce risk.
- Physiology of the adrenalized state: what happens to your brain and body under stress, how to control and channel adrenaline, and how to make clearer decisions during critical moments.
- Practical strategies, tactics and targeted techniques.
- Instructors draw on real-world experience and emphasise safety and legal/ethical considerations.
Who should attend
This seminar is ideal for civilians, security professionals, first responders, martial artists, and anyone who wants to build practical, stress-tested skills for personal safety.
No advanced training required — we teach usable techniques that scale with experience.
