Women’s Self-Defense Workshop | Gracie Sports Fairfield

If you’ve ever worried about being overpowered, followed, or grabbed, this workshop is for you.

This is a 2-hour, hands-on women’s self-defense workshop focused on practical skills you can use in real-life situations. You will learn simple, proven techniques so you can move through your day feeling more in control.

You’ll learn how to:

• Respond if someone grabs your wrist, hair, or clothes
• Stay calm and escape if you’re pushed to the ground
• Use leverage instead of strength, even if someone is bigger
• Move around town, on campus, or to your car feeling safer and more confident
• Build confidence through controlled, realistic practice

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a proven self-defense system that allows smaller people to defend themselves effectively using technique and leverage, not size or strength.

For women and teen girls 13+ • No experience needed
