Saturday, November 23,2024 we will be having a Women’s Only Self Defense Class. This is NOT a “teach me how to punch or kick class”. In this class you will learn stun & run, escape & evade, and learn what you can do to survive. This class is great for young women who are just starting to date, going off to college & for those wanting to be able to protect themselves & their family.
EARLY REGISTRATION $20/Person
AT THE DOOR $25/Person
Please make sure to wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in such as what you would wear to the gym or to workout in.
