If you are a local woman who has always had self defence skills on your list of to do - but it’s not made it to your calendar.. then this is your chance!
We start a 6 week pilot course January 14th (Wednesday pm) here in Ilkley.
We’ll be covering inner and outer self defence skills including breathwork; legalities and the all important physical moves so you have the tools to protect yourself and your loved ones.
This is a pilot course with very limited spaces. It is offered at a low cost, no-profit basis to launch The Power Together collective - please contact me to reserve your space or support this local women’s initiative
