Across three sessions each week, you’ll get a well-rounded training experience:
- Two midweek evening sessions (2 hours each), combining Strength & Football and Pilates & Football to improve power, mobility, and keeping a ball at your feet.
- One weekend morning session (2 hours), focused on football-specific fitness followed by match-realistic football work.
