About this Event
We are bombarded by information relating to the peri and menopausal state. Most women struggle to understand their symptoms quite apart from getting the right advice or feeling heard.
This 2.5hr workshop aims to educate and support women at any stage of the menopause whilst creating a safe environment to share experience, ask questions and create a sense of community
Led by Dr Shivali Talsania, a GP with an interest in supporting women's health and a qualified yoga instructor, along with Anuja Shandilya an integrative women's health practitioner, we aim to address the fundamentals around symptoms, diagnosis and treatment options including alternative therapies and what to focus on when it comes to diet and exercise.
We will finish with a yin yoga sequence with a beautiful nidra to bring our bodies back into balance and a sense of connectedness, such that you will leave better equipped and informed about how to navigate this transition and take back control.
