About this Event
Our first Women's Health event sold out - and the message was clear.
Active women want practical, evidence-based guidance to better understand their bodies, manage training load and stay strong long-term. So we're running it again.
This second session builds on the success of the first event, with a more interactive format and greater opportunity to ask questions - both directly and anonymously - to our panel.
You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what is normal, what deserves attention, and how to make confident decisions about your training and health.
No trends.
No fear-based messaging.
No nonsense .
A 360-degree view of every aspect of women's health with our incredible multidisciplinary panel of professionals, working directly in performance, recovery and long-term health.
