What if understanding your nervous system — really understanding it — changed everything?

🌿 WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE THE CIRCLE
We start by slowing down — really slowing down. Most of us spend our whole lives in our heads. The first thing we do is come back into the body.
I’ll teach you something real about your nervous system — the three states it moves through, why you respond the way you do, and why none of it is a character flaw. It is biology. And understanding it changes the way you see yourself.
This month’s focus: the wisdom of the nervous system. You’ll learn to map your own states, practice a simple vagal toning technique, and build your personal anchors list — the things that reliably help your system settle.
Then we do the actual body work together. Gentle. Self-led. Always at your own pace.
We close with guided self-Reiki healing — your own hands, your own energy.
And then the part women always say is their favorite: we just talk. Tea in hand. Real conversation with women who get it.
