Women’s Dicorce Group- JANUARY 18th! Our Women’s Divorce Support and Recovery Group is a small, in-person group, that includes reflective exercises + practical tools + supportive discussion. You don’t have to navigate divorce alone. Our therapist-led group offers a calm, judgment-free space for women who are considering divorce, actively going through it, or rebuilding on the other side.
Join therapist Alberta Totz, JD, LPC for a supportive and empowering group designed for women who are contemplating, going through, or rebuilding life after divorce. Held once a month from 3:00–4:30 PM at 3801 Kirby Building Office Suite 344, Houston, TX 77098. This group offers a safe space for reflection, healing, and connection with others who share similar experiences. Each session will include meaningful discussion, guided exercises, and insights from a thoughtfully selected book to help participants navigate emotional transitions, rediscover their identity, and cultivate resilience during and after divorce. Come once or join monthly.
