This 1-day retreat on Lamma connects you to true power within as you heal and discover yourself on a deeper level. As you awaken your inner Self to align to the true you, you will release what is holding you back and claim your true voice. This allows you to have more confidence in your expression, creativity and taking action on whats meaningful to you.
An Author and multi award-winning Healer, Women Leader and Women of Wellness, Michelle Harris of Michelle Harris International draws upon 25+years of experience to share effective teachings that guide you to unlock what’s holding you back, heal deeper wounds and awaken your true power. She will facilitate group coaching & healing journeys, meditation, movement, mindful creative expression, energy activations, powerful symbol healing, card readings and more, that will empower you and your life.
Well-known for her amazing delicious middle eastern cuisine, Vegan Chef, Social Dining Host and Cooking therapy facilitator Ayelet Idan of Olive Leaf HK will be providing food and hosting this retreat at her beautiful home on Lamma Island. She will also teach and offer insight on how our relationship with food can bring physical and emotional nourishment; and bring understanding of the deeper connection of food with your wellbeing.
