$Women\u2019s Dance Ritual$

Every other Friday, starting on January 9th, I will be facilitating an ecstatic style dance ritual for women at the Passmore hall from 6:45-9pm
Suggested donation is $5.00
Bring a mat, pillow, anything cozy, and a journal.
Format is:
Enter quietly and set up your mat at the edge of the dance floor. Lighting will be very low.
7pm music will start, it is meant to begin meditative and build up to a fast pace then back down again over the course of an hour and a half.
This is meant be a safe space to explore and connect to your body through movement and stillness. I won’t be speaking or leading anything, but creating the blended playlists to let the music guide you through.
At the end there will be tea and snacks.
