WOMBAN is a women’s circle series — a sacred space to gather in community, breathe deeply, move freely, and return to the wisdom of the feminine.
Each gathering invites you into the body through breathwork, movement, and connection. Circles may weave cacao, energy healing, womb practices, or embodied ritual — always guided by what wants to move through the group in that moment. What remains constant is the intention: a space where women meet themselves and each other with truth, presence and power.

The Space
The Forge, Totnes, is a sanctuary—a place where healing and connection can unfold in a space designed with care and attention. From the therapy rooms to the float rooms and the gathering spaces, every detail invites you to settle into peace, connection, and a grounded presence.
When you step into this space, you’ll feel the earthiness wrapping around you, helping you arrive in your body and truly be present. It’s here that we will set our intentions for this new chapter, together as a collective.
How To Prepare For The Event:
💫 Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals beforehand💫 Wear loose, comfy clothing💫 A water bottle and journal for post-session reflections💫 Feel free to bring an altar item; crystal, photo or any item to help cocreate the altar space. This can come home with you again or left and given back to nature in the closing of this circle.
💫 Mugs are provided, (for cacao ceremonies) however, if you have a favourite cup/mug you wish to drink the cacao from then please bring it
💫 All equipment is provided (mats, bolsters, blankets), however, if you have anything you wish to bring to keep your comfortable, please do.
💫 Keep your time free afterwards as you'll need time for integration
