🌿Originally 20th September, new date, 25th October - A Women’s Retreat of Healing, Connection & Reclamation.
On Saturday 25th October 2025, under the energy of the New Moon, step into a sacred circle of women for a transformative one-day retreat, a journey back to your body, your truth, and your untamed self.
This is more than a retreat.
It’s a homecoming.
A reclamation.
A full-bodied YES to the woman you’ve always been beneath the noise.
This is a space to heal what’s been silenced, to remember what’s been buried, and to reconnect with the wisdom that’s always lived within you — from your inner child to your wild woman, from your maiden dreams to your Crone knowing.
We begin with a gentle Cacao Ceremony, infused with the calming energy of the lotus flower, grounding us into heart and body.
From there, we journey through the sacred seasons of womanhood, honouring who we've been, who we are, and who we’re still becoming.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through deeply nourishing, soul-awakening experiences, including:
**Inner Child Healing — soothe and reclaim the forgotten parts
**Embodied Movement Workshop — reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom
**Reclaiming the Crone’s Power — embrace your future self with reverence, joy, and fierce gratitude
**Rites to the Womb Ceremony — a sacred ritual to honour your lineage, cycle, and body’s deepest truths, accompanied by soul-nourishing womb tea
This retreat honours the wise woman within, the one who leads with presence, owns her story, celebrates her changing body, and knows her worth.
With this time of year leading into Samhain (pronounced sow-en - around Halloween), we will be honouring this time around the fire with candles, cleansing our energy and stepping between the thinning veil to connect with our guidance and wisdom available to us from the goddess of the land, earth, wind, air and fire energies.
Concluding the day as we gather around a fire, toasting marshmallows under the stars, sharing stories, and grounding all that’s been awakened.
