Womb Wellness Wednesdays | A Monthly Circle of Feminine Healing & Reconnect

A sacred monthly gathering to honour the wisdom of your womb, the energetic centre of intuition, creation, and feminine power.

Womb Wellness Wednesdays are an invitation to slow down, soften, and nurture yourself through guided meditation, ritual, sound, and sisterhood. Each month carries a new theme — from release and renewal to self-love, creativity, and ancestral healing.

You’ll be lovingly guided through gentle, embodied practices that invite you to reconnect with your cyclical nature and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

Each circle may include:

• Guided womb meditations and visualisations
• Creative ritual or gentle womb movement
• Crystals, oils, and sound healing
• Tea, sharing, and heartfelt connection

💗 All materials, ritual tools, and herbal tea are included.
💗 Please bring a blanket, and water to stay comfortable.

No prior experience is needed, simply come as you are and allow yourself to be held in a sacred, supportive space of feminine healing.

All circles are lovingly facilitated by Marie, a trauma-informed, IPHM-accredited facilitator and qualified womb healer, sound therapist, meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner, and crystal healer.

Marie’s approach weaves compassionate guidance with intuitive energy work, creating a safe and nurturing environment for deep emotional release, spiritual reconnection, and embodied healing.
