Womb Healing Women's Circle

This space is open to anyone with a womb.

Our wombs can carry many emotions, traumas, fears and pain - these can be our own or they could be stored and held within our wombs from our mothers and mother's mothers. Around the 20th week of gestation, a female fetus has already developed a reproductive system, including all of the 6-7 million eggs in her ovaries that she will shed throughout her lifetime. The egg that created you was formed inside your mother's fetus while she was still inside your grandmothers womb. We've all spent time in our grandmothers womb and our mothers womb. Those eggs can hold onto fears, traumas, memories etc. that aren't ours. By having a womb healing practice we can heal ourselves and our lineage.

Talking with other women, movement, and energy work will be targeted for womb healing.
