A nourishing one-day retreat created for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect, and gently release what has been emotionally stored in the body.
Many women carry stress, grief, old relationship pain, overgiving, disappointment, survival patterns, and emotional heaviness deep within the nervous system and womb space. Over time this can affect energy, emotional wellbeing, confidence, relationships, and the ability to feel settled within yourself.
This day offers a safe and supportive space to pause and listen to what your body has been holding.
Through guided healing processes, emotional release work, womb connection, nervous system support, and gentle group facilitation, you will be guided to release what no longer needs to stay and create space for greater calm, clarity, softness, and strength.

Meet Your Facilitator – Cristalle Anne
Cristalle Anne is a deeply intuitive healing facilitator known for helping women gently uncover and release emotional patterns, stored stress, and shock held in the body.
With years of experience working one-on-one and in group settings, she has supported many women through emotional release, grief work, nervous system recalibration, womb healing, and reconnecting to their own inner strength.
Her work combines intuition, body awareness, emotional insight, and practical tools that help women understand what their body has been carrying — often for many years — and how to safely begin letting that go.
Women often leave her spaces feeling lighter, clearer, deeply seen, and more connected to themselves.
Cristalle is known for creating a grounded, safe environment where women feel comfortable to soften, release, and move what no longer belongs in their system.
