You have been carrying it for a while now.

You cannot always name it. Sometimes it shows up as exhaustion that sleep does not fix. Sometimes it is the same pattern repeating in relationships, in your body, in the way you shrink when you should expand. Sometimes it is just a heaviness and feeling stuck deep within you that has been there so long you stopped noticing it.

Your womb holds memory. What was not released stays stored. Past relationships, ancestral grief, stress, loss, moments your body absorbed and your mind moved on from.

This is a private 1:1 herbal and somatic 2-hour experience designed to begin moving it out.

What happens in the room:

You arrive and are received. Not checked in, not handed a form. An aura cleanse, a hug, your shoes off at the door. You are brought tea while I prepare the herbs on the pilón. The sound, the smell, the warmth. Your nervous system begins to settle before we even begin.

From there we move through herbal womb work and somatic bodywork simultaneously. The herbs are ground and activated on the pilón then placed directly on the womb area. Breathwork, body awareness, and somatic grounding techniques work alongside the herbs to release what has been stored in the body. Your body and your subconscious begin releasing together.

We then move into a guided meditation to access what lives beneath what you consciously know. Tapping into the subconscious to support deeper release. We close with a giving life to your womb meditation. To call back what was taken, quiet what was never yours, and reconnect you to the energy that lives at your center.

At the end you will arrange your own small flower bouquet. Something living to take with you. And you leave with a Womb Care Box to continue the practice at home.

Herbal vaginal steam kit for home use

Sweet pour bath, a botanical body rinse used after the session to seal the work, soothe the skin, and mark the transition from what was to what is coming

Candle, incense, and matches

Everything prepared by hand, for you, that day
