Sisters, join me, shoulder to shoulder as we feel into these questions, sharing your thoughts and hearing other women speak in to what stirs within as we pause to reflect and consider as witness without judgement.
Women are incredible alchemical beings of life and destruction yet millenia of oppression and suppression forced us into submission for survival and silence for acceptance. Time has created distance and distrust within us as individuals and each other.
I am on a mission to empower women and inspire them to connect to their hearts, wombs and intuition in order to find home within themselves once more.
That begins with these questions.
So, join me for an evening of meditation, reflection, the comfort of blankets and cosy cushions, and the uncomfortable as we dive into these topics to reconnect to ourselves and each other 🙏

Instructions
Bring with you water, journal and pen, cushion and blanket, and if you feel called, an offering for the Altar whether its a flower, crystal, candle, image of a diety (please remember to take it home with you after)
Please wear socks or slippers because it’s a no shoe policy in the studio.
