About this Event

We serve underprivileged females from diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds including but not limited to Native Americans, Latino, Arab, and Black communities.

Our approach has an holistic touch to adapt to each culture and spiritual beliefs. We believe women deserve to be informed on their body's capacity, and navigate womanhood with confidence.

Womb Anatomy Class

This class aims to teach essential information regarding the womb's anatomy to empower women on their own self-soothing options. This class includes:
- Womb anatomy 101
- Menstrual Cycle care
- Guided meditation to activate Womb awareness
