Join us on Saturday, May 23rd from 2:00–5:00 PM for an empowering afternoon focused on confidence, awareness, and practical self-defence skills.
This special event is proudly held in support of Lanark Interval House, and we will be collecting donations during the event to help support the incredible work they do for women and families in our community.
Every dollar raised will go toward providing safety, shelter, and support for those who need it most.
