If you’ve been feeling a quiet disconnect… like you’re saying the right things, but not always the real things… Softening your truth, second-guessing it, or keeping parts of yourself just out of reach…
This space is for you.
The Woman Within is a series of immersive, in-person workshops designed to bring you back into your body, where your truth actually lives.
Through breath, sound, movement, reflection, and connection, you’ll begin to feel what’s real again, beneath the noise, the overthinking, and the conditioning.
This space is for women and those who resonate with feminine embodiment, of all orientations, who are ready to:
- Stop sugarcoating what they feel and want
- Come back into honest, embodied self-expression
- Choose themselves without shrinking in love or life
This workshop is called: Speak Your Truth.
The truth doesn't have to be harsh, or too much. Especially when it's expressed from the body, truth is love.
Together, we’ll explore:
- Where you’ve been holding back, filtering, or diluting your truth
- The subtle ways you override what you feel to keep the peace or be liked
- What it actually feels like to express yourself from a grounded, embodied place
By the end of this workshop, you’ll:
- Feel more connected to your body and your inner knowing
- Have clarity on what’s true for you (in love, life, and self-expression)
- Feel safer and more anchored in expressing yourself honestly
- Experience that your truth doesn’t push love away… it creates it
This isn’t about saying more. It’s about lying less to yourself. It’s about feeling your truth… and letting it move through you.
What to expect:
A guided, experiential space including breathwork, movement, reflection, and optional sharing.
No prior experience needed, just come as you are.
