The Woman Within is a series of immersive, in-person workshops designed to bring you back into your body through experiential practices that combine breath, sound, movement, reflection, and connection.
This is for women and vulva owners of all orientations who are ready to:
• Feel more grounded and at home in themselves
• Reconnect to their desires
• Stop shrinking or overthinking in love and life
This workshop: Own Your Fire
Together, we’ll explore:
• What truly lights you up (beyond what you think you should want)
• How to access a grounded, embodied sense of inner fire
• How to use your desires as your North Star
By the end of this workshop, you’ll:
• Feel more connected to your body and spark
• Have clarity on what you actually want (in love, life, and self-expression)
• Feel more confident expressing yourself without shrinking or overthinking
This isn’t about learning more. It’s about feeling yourself again.
What to expect:
A guided, experiential space including breathwork, movement, reflection, and optional sharing.
No prior experience needed, just come as you are.
