We invite you to be a part of this special group of women in Cambridge, called WOMAN UP. Getting together every couple of months, this is an opportunity to chat and connect with like-minded business women, and to join a discussion led by one of our special guests to learn new skills.
This month, our special guest is Amanda Ryder.
Amanda Ryder (BSc) is a degree qualified nutritionist with over a decade of experience. Amanda runs her own practice in Cambridge and is committed to helping and empowering women with the nutrition know-how to help them nurture their health.
She's also the host of the podcast: How to Feel like a Midlife Goddess and author of Feel Good for Menopause.
EATING FOR HEALTHY HORMONES
Amanda will be discussing why, what and when you eat can make a real difference to our health. She'll share her 'Feel-Good Four' method for balancing blood sugar and give practical tips on timings, as well as giving us practical tips on how to incorporate specific foods that will help us balance our hormones.

Please note the change of location for this event - Elodie has very kindly offered to host us at her studio: Unit 3, The Enterprise Centre, 61 Ditton Walk Cambridge CB5 8QD.
It's a 30min walk from Cambridge North station. There are a couple of parking spots just outside the unit and usually more street parking on Ditton Walk.
